How to Vote: Demystifying Voting
What elections are there in 2025?
The 2024 Snap General Election might be over, but there are plenty of elections coming across the country:
Local Elections are on May 1st 2025 (all seats, on all 21 county councils in England and the nine unitary authorities in England)
In addition, the inaugural election for the Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire, who will chair Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority GLCCA, is expected to take place on 1 May 2025, along with the inaugural election for the Mayor of Hull and East Yorkshire.
Two combined authority mayors and two single authority mayors will also be up for election too.
There will also be Scottish Parliament and Welsh Senedd Elections in 2026!
