Be A Councillor - Women Make the Difference

If you are passionate about your local community, we need you!

Councillors make a huge difference to the quality of life of local people and how local issues are dealt with. We need people from all backgrounds and experiences who reflect the communities they serve to put themselves forward for election.

Join 50:50 Parliament - a charity that encourages women to progress in politics - for our online workshop where we will give you all the information you need to start your journey to becoming a Councillor, including information about how to put yourself forward, how selections work, how to campaign and useful resources for new candidates.

You will have a chance to speak with an elected councillor and connect with a network of peers.

The session is on

Monday 24th March

at

7pm - 8.30pm
